The Purpose Of This Organization

The purpose of this organization shall be: to foster, develop and promote competitive youth soccer by experienced professionally licensed United States Soccer Federation Coaches and Staff, for the Southcentral area; to sanction, authorize, and promote youth soccer activities; to establish rules and regulations governing activities; to engage in activity or enterprise that will be beneficial to the members; and to cooperate with any organization with common goals and interests.
