The Alaska Girls National Tournament Program Finalizes Travel Roster,
that includes a Present Member of the US U-16 Women's National Team.
The 2024 July Schwan Target USA Cup held in Blaine, Minnesota. consists of two separate Tournament Events held over 10 days. The Weekend Tournament Event occurs over two weekends, July 12-14th and then the Second Tournament Event occuring over the week of July 16-20th.
The Alaska National Chica Girls Travel Program has competed in this Tournament Event over the past 20 years. Participating in both both Tournament Events, helps Players learn, develop and excel as a Competitive Unit.
The Alaska Select Chicas will also get the opportunity to create Life Long Friendships and Bonds while Housing in the University of Minnesota's Dormitories.
Outside of Team Competition, the Girls will also be attending an MLS match, spending a day together at the Mall of America, as well as experiencing other local amenities.
The 2024 July Schwan Target USA Cup, provides another outstanding opportunity for players to experience an international tournament with high level competition, outstanding fields, amazing off the field experiences and absolutely fantastic exposure to hundreds of college coaches and national player scouts.
NSC (National Sports Center), consisting of 77 full size soccer fields, with all matches located in one complex.
The Select Chicas will play a minimum 7 matches against teams from all over the world! They will experience referees and opponents that represent the soccer community from around the world, that will add yet another great experience!
This year’s Finalized Alaska Select Chicas (Girls), U16 roster includes talented players from 9 different US States and Canada!
